Warranty Period

Eligible Anker and Soundcore products carry an 18-month CairoVolt store warranty, while eligible Joyroom and JBL products carry 12 months unless a specific product page states a different duration. This is not a manufacturer-issued warranty unless expressly stated with verifiable documentation. The product page and order confirmation record the terms applicable at purchase.
