Warranty Period

Eligible Anker and Soundcore products carry an 18-month CairoVolt store warranty, while eligible Joyroom products carry 12 months unless a specific product page states a different duration. This is not a manufacturer-issued warranty unless expressly stated with verifiable documentation. The product page and order confirmation record the terms applicable at purchase.

What's Covered

• ✓Manufacturing defects
• ✓Manufacturing faults affecting battery performance under the product terms
• ✓Charging or power faults caused by a manufacturing defect
• ✓Manufacturing defects in ports or connectors

What's Not Covered

• ✗Physical damage (drops, scratches)
• ✗Water damage
• ✗Damage from misuse
• ✗Unauthorized repairs
