By placing an order on Cairo Volt, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Orders
• All orders are subject to availability • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders • Order confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp • Prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP)
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds and include applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the quoted price.
Shipping & Delivery
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees • Free shipping for orders over 500 EGP • Cash on Delivery is available • Risk of loss transfers upon delivery
Returns & Exchanges
• Products can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging • Defective products are covered under warranty • Return shipping costs may apply • Refunds processed within 7 business days
Product Warranty
All products carry manufacturer warranty: • Anker products: 18 months • Joyroom products: 12 months Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Limitation of Liability
Cairo Volt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
